Expiration of the order :

One week after the time you send the order message.
(if we receive no answer from you, your order will be canceled.)

Delivery :

Within Japan: two or five working days after the reception of the payment (variable outside Japan)

Return deadline :

7 days after the reception of the product (in case of a return, please contact us)

Cost of the return :

We will pay for the return if the product is damage at reception by the customer.
For any other reason, the payment of the cost of the shipping will be at the customer charge.
